Can Sprouts really be nice?

After serious reflection on life, the existence and destiny; I’ve come to the conclusion that sprouts are just like any other vegetable, in the sense that they can be nice, it just all depends on who makes them, and how they’re made.

Ingredients:

Handfull of sprouts (however many you dare to try)

1 Large Leek

2 Large Red Onions

1 White Onion

1 Packet of Tender-stem Broccoli

3 Sweet Potatoes

4 Mushrooms

3 Carrots

Olive oil

Dairy Free Cheese Sauce (made by following packet instructions)

2 Cloves of Garlic

Method:

  1. Saute the all the onions with the garlic (crushed) and olive oil
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms
  3. Prepare the sweet potato and carrots; by washing peeling and then putting in the microwave with 4 tablespoons of water for 10 mins to soften, before coating in olive oil and salt and baking in the oven of 180C for 20 mins
  4. After finely shredding the sprouts and leek, add them to the onions and mushrooms until soft
  5. Make the cheese sauce and then add and mix well
  6. Allow to simmer for 10 mins
  7. In a separate pan, heat up a few tablespoons of olive oil with 1 clove of crushed garlic and add the washed broccoli – I recommend using a flat pan with a pair of tongs to move the broccoli around.
